Rexnord Industries, LLC in Radford, VA seeks a Senior Commercial Training Specialist to develop and deploy commercial training programs for Motion Control Systems teams, channel partners, distributors, and customers. The role focuses on strengthening technical, product, and selling capabilities to support strategic growth and faster product adoption.

Responsabilités

Develop and execute the MCS commercial training strategy aligned to business growth objectives.
Lead the creation of role-based learning paths for sales, application engineering, distribution partners, and key customers.
Partner with Commercial Excellence leadership to identify capability gaps and prioritize training investments.
Create and maintain training materials including instructor-led content, e-learning modules, product demonstrations, technical workshops, videos, playbooks, and certification programs.
Translate complex motion control, automation, and industrial technology concepts into practical, customer-focused learning experiences.
Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure content accuracy and consistency.
Design and deliver commercial training and sales enablement programs - including technical product training to support new product launches.
