Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corp. is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Excellence to unify and elevate sales discipline across the division. This role reports to the VP, Sales & Marketing and acts as a strategic internal consultant to improve account management, business acumen, and deployment of sales programs.

Responsibilities include leading global commercial excellence initiatives, driving standardization, and partnering with sales leaders to achieve growth targets. This remote role requires <25% travel and supports a flexible work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, sales or related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience.
• 5+ years in Sales, Commercial Finance or Sales Operations.
• Experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge/Experience with Salesforce/ CRM.
• Ability to influence key stakeholders in a matrix environment.
• Very strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Drive global sales discipline, cadence and standardization of account management and sales process.
• Lead Global Commercial Excellence AIP across commercial teams.
• Facilitate and lead sales and account management discipline, cadence, and capabilities globally.
• Set strategic sales plan and roadmap and drive sales transformation, leadership alignment and internal execution.
• Represent sales voice of customer in strategy, design and delivery of global programs and priorities.
• Identify external and internal sales best practices and define plans to deploy across sales globally.
• Develop and drive sales policy deployment initiatives and AIP deployment initiatives.
• Drive sales best practices and business transformation and strategy deployment through sales teams.
• Trusted partner to sales leaders to facilitate and drive 80's customer growth objectives.
