Job summary
Regal Rexnord is seeking a Commercial Training Specialist Senior to develop and deploy training programs that strengthen technical, product, application, and selling capabilities across Motion Control Systems. You will coordinate with Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, and Sales to support growth and product adoption.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Education, or related field.
- 7–10 years in commercial training or related functions.
- Experience developing training in manufacturing/industrial settings.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the MCS commercial training strategy.
- Create role-based learning paths for sales, engineering, and partners.
- Partner with leadership to identify capability gaps and prioritize investments.
- Create training materials including e-learning modules, workshops and certifications.
- Deliver virtual, onsite, and hybrid training sessions globally.
- Administer LMS and track training completion and compliance.
