Responsibilities

• Search and examine commercial title records to create accurate title commitments and reports.
• Organize search results into an accurate chain of title for commercial orders.
• Prepare final title products including applicable records and tax information.
• Interact with internal and external clients by email, phone, and in person.
• Work overtime as needed.
