Old Republic Title in Naples, FL is seeking a Commercial Title Examiner to join our onsite team. The role blends commercial and residential title work, probate and estate-related matters, and collaboration with underwriters, examiners, closers, and operations professionals.

You will examine title records, resolve title issues, prepare commitments, reports, and supporting documentation, mentor junior examiners, and contribute to a stable, reputable title team.

Formación

• Minimum 3-5 years of title examination experience.
• Strong knowledge of title insurance principles, title examination, and underwriting practices.
• Experience examining both commercial and residential title transactions.
• Ability to analyze complex ownership histories and title issues.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conducting title searches and examinations for both commercial and residential properties.
• Reviewing and analyzing chains of title to identify ownership, defects, encumbrances, restrictions, and title risks.
• Examining deeds, mortgages, easements, judgments, liens, leases, plats, surveys, probate filings, trusts, and court records.
• Identifying and resolving title issues relating to estates, probate proceedings, heirship matters, and inherited property.
• Preparing title commitments, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Interpreting applicable underwriting guidelines and title standards.
• Working closely with escrow, closing, underwriting, and operations teams.
