Job summary

Comcast is seeking a field service technician to install and troubleshoot commercial broadband services, including voice, video and data, for business customers in the Aspen area. The role requires performing site surveys, adhering to NEC/NESC safety rules, and configuring customer premises equipment as needed.

You will maintain documentation, communicate service options to customers and participate in on-call or weekend schedules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 7-10 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs commercial broadband installations and troubleshooting for voice, video and data.
• Reviews customer requirements, conducts site surveys and ensures NEC/NESC safety compliance.
• Keeps records, educates customers on products/services and coordinates with customers for successful service delivery.
