Job summary
Infios, a leader in supply chain software solutions, seeks a mid-to-senior Commercial Technology Attorney to partner with Sales and guide complex enterprise software contracts. Remote-friendly role open to candidates in US Pacific/Mountain time zones with teams across North America and Australia.

Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and licensed in at least one U.S. state.
- 4+ years in commercial contracting, ideally SaaS or tech.
- Knowledge of software, cloud, data, and commercial contract law.
- Familiarity with US data privacy requirements (CCPA/CPRA) and GDPR exposure a plus.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate U.S. and international commercial technology agreements, including SaaS, cloud, licenses, SOWs, and professional services agreements.
- Advise on software contracting, commercial risk, licensing, regulatory considerations, and DPAs.
- Support development of contract templates, playbooks, and negotiation guidelines.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Product, Security, and Compliance teams.
- Manage relationships with external counsel as needed.
- Monitor changes in privacy, technology, and commercial law and proactively advise the business.
- Participate in internal training, knowledge sharing, and process-improvement initiatives.
