Optro is seeking a Senior Commercial Counsel to join our expanding legal team in the United States. You will independently lead enterprise transactions, including subscription, data processing, partner, and vendor agreements, while guiding internal stakeholders through complex negotiations.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of in-house transactional experience interacting with customers, partners, vendors, and executives.
• 5+ years negotiating SaaS agreements, amendments and order forms with enterprise customers.
• Experience handling end-to-end contract lifecycle from NDA to signature.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in state of residence.

Responsabilidades

• Lead legal negotiations with customers on enterprise and strategic deals.
• Provide guidance on subscriptions, data processing, partner and vendor agreements.
• Shape initiatives to streamline contracting processes as the company scales.
• Collaborate with Sales, Information Security, and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance and risk mitigation across contract portfolios.
