Job summary

Infios seeks a mid-to-senior Commercial Technology Attorney to partner with Sales and lead complex enterprise software negotiations. You will draft, review, and negotiate SaaS, cloud, licenses, SOWs, and professional services agreements while balancing risk with commercial goals in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll collaborate across Legal, Security, Compliance, Product, and Finance, and mentor junior team members as needed.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school; licensed to practice in at least one U.S. state.
• 4+ years of experience in commercial contracting, ideally in a SaaS or broader technology environment.
• Strong knowledge of software, cloud, data, and commercial contract law.
• Understanding of U.S. data privacy requirements (CCPA/CPRA, state privacy laws) and familiarity with global privacy concepts (GDPR exposure a plus).
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong business judgment and ability to balance legal risk with commercial objectives.
• Self‑starter who can work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• High integrity, attention to detail, and a practical, solution‑oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate U.S. and international commercial technology agreements, including SaaS subscriptions, cloud services, software licenses, SOWs, professional services and implementation agreements, and partner/ reseller agreements.
• Advise business units and leadership on software contracting, commercial risk, licensing issues, and regulatory considerations, including data privacy requirements.
• Support development and continuous improvement of contract templates, playbooks, and negotiation guidelines.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Product, Security, and Compliance teams.
• Manage relationships with external counsel as needed and monitor changes in privacy, technology, and commercial law.
• Participate in internal training, knowledge sharing, and process‑improvement initiatives.
