The successful candidate will lead high-stakes negotiations, develop playbooks and templates, and provide practical legal guidance across commercial transactions and compliance. JD and active bar membership are required.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of legal experience in commercial transactions, preferably B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
• JD from an accredited law school with active bar membership in the resident state.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own negotiations for high-value commercial agreements including SaaS, OEM, and MSAs.
• Build, maintain, and improve commercial playbooks and contract templates.
• Deliver practical, business-aligned legal guidance.
• Develop and roll out legal training.
• Provide compliance advice.
