First Databank, Inc. (FDB) seeks a Senior Commercial Business Systems Manager to lead a small, high-impact team supporting our Commercial Teams. The role focuses on systems architecture, data, analytics, and AI-enabled workflows across Salesforce, Gainsight, and related platforms.

This position is based at our Durham, NC office with a hybrid schedule requiring onsite presence. You will partner with IT, Security, and Data Governance, configure and optimize business systems, and deliver scalable

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder-management skills and the ability to balance competing priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to personally configure systems, build analyses, troubleshoot data issues, and deliver working solutions.
• Comfort working in a small team where leadership and individual contribution are equally important.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-system architecture and data model across Salesforce, Gainsight, and connected platforms.
• Build analyses, dashboards, data models, and customer-risk reporting using SQL and AI-assisted workflows.
• Lead proofs of concept and implementations for new systems and analytics tools.
• Investigate data and system issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
• Create and maintain system documentation, data definitions, and process maps.
