Job summary

BD in the United States is seeking a Manager for Commercial Insights & Analytics to lead CRM and sales performance reporting for US Specimen Management. You will drive commercial data insights across product lines, partnering with platform marketing and centralized BD teams to translate data into strategic actions.

The role requires expert SFDC, Power BI and Excel skills, strong data visualization, and the ability to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to deliver actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, marketing, data science, MIS, mathematics or statistics.
• 3+ years in analytics, insights, forecasting or related field, ideally in a downstream capacity.
• Expert modeling and data visualization in Excel and Power BI.
• SFDC reports and dashboards development; CRM expertise.
• Experience with databases and data mining tools (Databricks, SQL).
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales Performance & Funnel Analytics for US SM including KPIs and forecasting.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and Revenue Operations to translate requirements into scalable SFDC/Power BI/Excel reports or dashboards.
• Develop and maintain databases and dashboards for sales, profitability and supply chain data.
• Drive data-driven insights to improve sales effectiveness and revenue forecasting.
• Support data governance and cross-team data collaboration.
