Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Superintendent for commercial construction with all local Colorado projects. This role prioritizes safety, leads field teams, and drives on-site execution from preconstruction through completion.

You will manage detailed schedules, procurement plans, cost control, and coordination with subcontractors and design professionals, while benefiting from profit sharing, bonuses, medical/dental/vision, 401k and PTO.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes jobsite safety and enforces compliance with all safety programs, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Identifies, documents, and resolves safety or procedural violations through corrective actions.
• Reviews and understands all contract, construction, and specification documents to ensure project conformance.
• Conducts constructability reviews and leads quality control/assurance planning for all project phases.
• Oversees scheduling, inspection, and testing to maintain workflow efficiency and prevent defects.
• Provides strong field leadership through supervision, mentorship, and career development of team members.
• Coordinates subcontractors, trade partners, and design professionals to maintain alignment and accountability.
• Develops and manages detailed construction schedules, logistics, and procurement plans from preconstruction to completion.
• Manages field cost control, productivity analysis, equipment use, and budget forecasting.
• Supports company initiatives, process improvements, and culture-building efforts through active leadership and collaboration.
