Qualifications

• This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years as a Project Engineer in construction.
• Proficient with submittals, process submittals, change orders, and material coordination.
• Experience leading onsite meetings and documenting meeting notes.
• Experience on commercial construction projects; PE license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation.
• Reviewing and processing submittals and change orders.
• Coordinating material procurement and delivery for timely execution.
• Organizing onsite meetings with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Documenting meeting notes and communicating information to stakeholders.
• Ensuring activities comply with commercial construction standards and regulations.
• Identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Collaborating with project managers, architects, and other professionals to meet timelines and budgets.
