Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a construction superintendent role.
• Proven track record overseeing and completing projects.
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and trades.
• Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings and specs.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of construction processes, OSHA guidelines.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation.
• Coordinate and supervise multiple subcontractors and trades.
• Review and interpret drawings, specs, and project docs.
• Maintain workmanship to original plans and standards.
• Ensure project stays on budget and schedule; adjust as needed.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress.
• Address delays promptly and ensure safety guidelines are followed.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders with progress reports.
