Progyny, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Solutions to lead growth within existing client relationships. You will serve as the deep subject matter expert for Progyny’s expanding product suite and drive end-to-end deals in partnership with Client Success Managers.

You will develop compelling narratives, navigate pricing and contracts, and coordinate with Finance, Legal, Product, and Implementation to ensure smooth handoffs and successful revenue expansion.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in consultative B2B sales, commercial account expansion, or solution consulting.
• Experience in sales, Client Success, or account management, with responsibility for growing existing accounts.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end upsell motion for new products, from discovery to contract, with CSM partnership.
• Translate client needs into tailored solution recommendations and presentations.
• Navigate pricing discussions, guarantees, objections, and contract terms with consistency.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Product, and Implementation to ensure smooth deal execution.
• Partner with CSMs to qualify opportunities and align positioning with account strategy.
