You will set annual goals tied to retention, satisfaction, growth, and performance, and you will shape processes, cadences, and governance to support renewals and expanded partnerships. You will present Progyny’s value to health plan executives and collaborate across Sales, Product, Operations, Analytics, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Marketing to drive successful implementations and

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in healthcare, employer benefits, or insurance.
• Experience building and managing payer-facing teams.
• Strong ability to translate data into executive insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, tailored to payer executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Health Plan Client Success team with annual goals for retention, satisfaction, growth, and performance.
• Develop Health Plan-specific client success processes and operating cadences.
• Represent Progyny in executive health plan meetings and partner discussions to strengthen relationships.
