Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including 3 years of field sales management in B2B.
• Experience with a CRM tool, with Salesforce preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to interact with senior executives and field teams.
• Ability to travel nights and weekends to meet customer needs.
• Strong leadership to build and develop sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a commercial security sales team to meet revenue targets.
• Drive business development, territory management, data mining, and product sales.
• Own profitability, RPU growth, and retention of customers and reps.
• Plan and implement sales operations across the territory.
• Set clear expectations for activity, quota achievement, and execution.
• Measure activity and performance to align marketing with sales results.
• Implement sales/marketing initiatives in line with territory goals.
• Partner with other leaders to align operations with customer needs.
• Collaborate with Fire and HVAC managers for cross-sale opportunities.
