Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years sales experience, including 3 years of field sales management in a B2B environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to interact with internal teams and customer organizations at senior exec and field levels.
• Ability to travel nights and weekends to accommodate customer needs.
• Functional and technical skills to lead a sales organization.
• Business acumen, organizational agility, and a strong drive for results.
• Customer focus, interpersonal savvy, and change management ability.
• Experience building effective teams, developing direct reports, and motivating others.
• Managerial courage and sound decision-making in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a commercial security sales team to meet revenue targets.
• Drive business development, territory management, data mining, and product sales.
• Own profitability, revenue per user growth, and retention of customers and reps.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement sales operations across territory.
• Set expectations for customer touch activity, quotas, and execution.
• Measure activity and performance to translate marketing into sales results.
• Implement sales and marketing initiatives aligned with territory goals.
• Collaborate with other departments and leaders to align sales with customer needs.
