Jobot in Fountain Valley, CA is seeking an exceptional Sales Executive with a proven book of business in commercial roofing. This role requires hunting new opportunities, closing profitable projects, and delivering growth across reroof, service, maintenance, and new construction.

You will join a fast-paced, growth-focused team offering an aggressive commission structure, a base salary, and vehicle allowance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial roofing sales experience.
• Proven track record closing reroof, service/maintenance, or new construction projects.
• Strong hunter mentality with ability to self-generate business.
• Experience negotiating deals and building long-term client relationships.
• Knowledge of roofing systems including TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, coatings, and metal.
• Ability to interpret project specs and client needs.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• CRM and proposal software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow commercial roofing sales within assigned territory.
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship development.
• Identify and secure reroof, leak repair/service, maintenance, and new construction opportunities.
• Build relationships with property managers, building owners, general contractors, developers, consultants, and facility leaders.
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and roof assessments.
• Partner with estimating and operations teams to develop proposals and pricing strategies.
• Drive projects from initial lead through signed contract and turnover to operations.
• Maintain and grow long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales and revenue targets.
• Represent the company professionally within the market and industry events.
