Responsibilities

• Develop and grow commercial roofing sales within assigned territory/market.
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship development.
• Identify and secure reroof, service/maintenance, and new construction opportunities.
• Build relationships with property managers, building owners, general contractors, developers, consultants, and facility leaders.
• Drive projects from lead to signed contract and turnover to operations.
