Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales experience in commercial roofing, roofing service, or a related construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, coatings, built‑up).
• Experience selling roof repairs, maintenance programs, and/or re‑roofing projects.
• Proven ability to prospect, develop new accounts, and close business.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities throughout Southern California for commercial roofing repairs, re‑roofing, service, and preventive maintenance.
• Prospect and build relationships with commercial property owners, property management companies, facility managers, and general contractors.
• Conduct roof inspections and site visits to identify deficiencies and replacement needs.
• Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and roofing solutions to prospective customers.
• Generate revenue through new accounts, repeat business, and long‑term service agreements.
• Collaborate with estimating, project management, and field operations to ensure successful project execution.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently meet revenue and gross profit goals.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing customer accounts and develop long‑term partnerships.
• Stay informed on market conditions, competitors, and industry trends.
