Baldwin Group Colleague is seeking a Placement Executive to join the team in Boston. The role focuses on delivering high-level client service by leveraging in-depth knowledge of insurance products and market conditions to design tailored coverage solutions.

The position requires strong negotiation, written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage multiple complex client accounts with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred and/or 10 years' work-related experience.
• Active state insurance license required.
• Professional designations such as ARM, CPCU, CRM or CIC are a plus.

Responsabilités

• In-depth knowledge of insurance products and services including knowledge of policy forms, terms/conditions.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the insurance marketplace and develop relationships with key underwriters to evaluate qualified companies.
• Assess client needs, design solutions and negotiate with insurance carriers for appropriate coverage plans.
• Market client business to carriers, including new and renewal business.
• Identify carriers, submit applications for quotes, negotiate favorable rates and prepare insurance proposals.
• Stay current on industry news, products, coverage and technology.
• Attend company meetings, workshops, carrier functions, staff meetings, and networking events.
