• 2 years’ experience in the insurance industry required; 3+ years’ experience preferred.
• Licensing in the State Department of Insurance: required to provide service and risk transfer solutions; obtain licenses within 90 days if not current.
• Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepares premium allocations and renewal proposals.
• Prepares documents for presenting risks to market.
• Assists client service teams with presentation materials.
• Analyzes and summarizes complex data; compiles reports.
• Records data in firm software; processes audits and audits worksheets.
• Reviews quotes, NFIP and bonds-related notes, and renewal processes.
• Trains and mentors other Analysts; completes special projects.
