Job summary

The Baldwin Group is seeking a Client Service Specialist to work remotely in the United States. The role collaborates with advisors to analyze client data, prepare risk management documents, and help craft effective coverage solutions for clients’ financial goals.

Responsibilities include preparing insurance applications, renewal proposals, and related materials, as well as supporting client service teams and maintaining accurate data in company systems.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in the insurance industry required; 2+ years preferred.
• Licensing as required by the State Department of Insurance; obtain within 90 days if needed.
• Certification(s): None required; None preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documents for presenting risks to market.
• Prepare applications, summaries, certificates and coverage docs.
• Build renewal proposals and update drafts.
• Support client service teams with presentation materials.
• Analyze data and compile reports with supervision.
• Record data in firm systems and run renewal-related reports.
• Assist with endorsements, audits, and notices of cancellation.
• Quote flood and builder's risks; renew bonds and flood policies.
• Contribute to special projects and process improvements.
