Job summary

The Baldwin Group is hiring for a Client Manager, Commercial Risk to work remotely in the United States. The role partners with Advisors, Directors of Risk Management, and Client Service Specialists to deliver high-level service to commercial clients.

You will maintain client files, prepare renewals and certificates, and coordinate with claims and carriers while developing strong client relationships and pursuing new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active state insurance license (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
• 3+ years of experience in a Commercial Account Manager role
• Strong communication and client service skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain client files in Agency Management System with proper documentation and communication.
• Prepare renewal documents, policy changes, and certificates.
• Monitor and coordinate claims information with the claims team and insureds.
• Counsel clients on coverage and exposure, and recommend additional coverage as needed.
• Cultivate relationships with insurance carriers and agency partners; seek referrals for new business.
