Qualifications

• Ability to forge relationships with key insurance markets and carrier representatives.
• Strong technical knowledge of general insurance market conditions and underwriting appetites.
• Ability to analyze complex risk exposures and develop client recommendations.
• Ability to work as part of a professional team and collaborate across firm segments.
• Demonstrates alignment with the firm’s behavioral tenets.

Responsibilities

• Gather information and risk management recommendations for renewals.
• Deliver renewals and/or binders as needed.
• Manage endorsements and invoicing for assigned accounts.
• Maintain timely communication with clients and partners to minimize errors.
• Identify additional lines of insurance and solicit by mail or phone prior to renewal.
• Cultivate relationships with Insurance Company Partners and understand carrier requirements.
• Propose process improvements and raise issues to leadership.
