Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial banking focusing on deposits, loans, treasury management, and customer service.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned Commercial customers and Relationship Managers.
• Lead onboarding, deposits, and loan account management across complex portfolios.
• Identify and resolve issues; ensure adherence to bank policies and mitigation of risk.
• Provide guidance to service colleagues and partners; mentor junior staff.
