Job summary

Zions Bank in Logan, UT is seeking a Commercial Relationship Manager to lead and grow commercial client relationships in its market. You will guide a relationship banking team to deliver solutions that create value for clients and the community.

Daily duties include generating and servicing commercial loans, serving as principal account manager for new and existing clients, building leads, reviewing portfolios, and cross-selling bank products with a focus on compliance and high service standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in commercial credit or related lending.
• Knowledge of commercial loans, credit analysis and lending.
• Ability to expand loans and client relationships.
• Familiarity with sales, loan processing and closing processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate and service a wide variety of commercial loans and develop strong, low risk commercial relationships while maintaining quality customer service.
• Act as the principal account and relationship manager for new and existing clients.
• Develop, generate and follow-up on new client leads through existing clients and referrals from other bank departments.
• Call on existing relationships to review portfolios and make recommendations; responsible for sales, credit analysis, loan structuring and client interviewing.
• Monitor credit performance and ensure compliance with all related regulations and laws.
• Build and maintain relationships with a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Cross-sell other bank products.
