Responsibilities

• Develop and manage commercial banking relationships within the local market.
• Originate, structure, and service a variety of commercial and real estate loans.
• Analyze financial information and evaluate creditworthiness to structure sound lending solutions.
• Partner with clients to understand their banking and financing needs while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking and relationship development.
• Manage an existing portfolio while continuing to grow deposits, loans, and overall client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure timely processing, underwriting, and servicing of loans.
• Maintain compliance with bank policies, lending procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Represent the organization professionally within the community and at networking and business events.
