Job summary

You will build and maintain strategic client relationships, drive new business, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver financial solutions aligned with client objectives.

You will analyze credit needs, ensure risk controls, and promote bank products while supporting the bank’s growth targets and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance or related field.
• 7-9 years in commercial lending or credit underwriting.
• Strong credit analysis, financial statement and cash flow skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and credit software as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex clients with significant loan size and revenue contribution.
• Develop new business through outside activities and relationships.
• Monitor portfolio performance and ensure compliance with bank policies.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to meet client needs and drive revenue growth.
