Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field is required.
• 4–6 years in commercial lending, credit underwriting, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage loan and deposit growth targets to drive profitability.
• Assess client creditworthiness and prepare underwriting decisions.
• Maintain high-quality portfolio risk and ensure compliance with policies.
• Build and nurture relationships with business clients and partners.
• Collaborate across teams to source new opportunities and cross-sell products.
