Responsibilities

• Work with internal One Bank partners to deepen relationships and acquire new prospects.
• Attend community and industry events to broaden networks and knowledge.
• Tailor relationship strategies with product partners (Treasury Management, Capital Markets, Wealth) for each client.
• Ensure customer relationships maximize bank opportunities while managing risk.
• Meet clients regularly to understand needs and deliver solutions.
• Utilize CRM for client activity, calls, and pipeline tracking.
• Collaborate with Credit on requests and follow portfolio guidelines.
• Analyze financial statements to uncover credit opportunities and risks.
• Meet credit standards and risk metrics (asset quality, documentation).
