Job summary

You will lead a team, manage performance, and drive sales, with accountability for achieving financial, production and relationship targets while ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or GED with 10 years in the field) and relevant lending experience.
• Experience in commercial lending, credit underwriting and business development.
• Familiarity with deposits, cash management solutions and banking products.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team, manage performance and appoint coaching to achieve results.
• Engage customers, prospects and referral sources to grow lending and deposits.
• Represent the Bank in the community for CRA opportunities and business development.
