Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of progressive business development, marketing, and sales experience in a banking environment; credit and underwriting experience a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, accounting, marketing, communications, management, or a related field.
• Series 7 and 63 Licenses are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain extensive relationships with individuals, businesses, and centers of influence in the Birmingham area.
• Achieve funded loan, deposit, and fee goals while ensuring profitability and credit quality.
• Represent the bank at events and committees to expand visibility and market presence.
• Analyze and structure loan requests, including complex loans, and prepare credit packages.
• Apply market insights to drive cross-sell opportunities and portfolio growth.
• Maintain pipeline and call reports; stay current with banking trends and regulatory requirements.
