River Bank & Trust in Mobile, AL seeks a Relationship Manager to develop, grow, and manage a profitable portfolio of commercial and consumer loan and deposit relationships. The role requires strong credit judgment, customer service excellence, and active community involvement to strengthen market presence.

Formación

Strong financial acumen to analyze statements, tax returns, and cash flow.
Business development and consultative sales skills.
Sound credit judgment and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

Develop new loan and deposit relationships through proactive calling, networking, referrals, and community involvement.
Deepen existing relationships by understanding customers' business goals and banking needs.
Maintain and actively manage a loan and deposit pipeline with progress tracking.
Interview borrowers, assess creditworthiness, and prepare loan presentations for approval.
