Job summary

First Financial Bank is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to handle multi-faceted client relationships within a geographic area. You will drive loans, deposits, and fees while assessing credit eligibility and preparing loan narratives to meet bank criteria.

You will market products, conduct client calls, and follow up to enhance profitability across assigned relationships, contributing to corporate sales and service goals and shareholder value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Three (3) years of proven relationship/account management experience selling banking products in the appropriate segmentation.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops new and expands existing client relationships by initiating business development activities and cross selling products.
• Grows and maintains a profitable book of business (loans and deposits) to achieve goals.
• Analyzes client financial data to understand needs and creditworthiness.
• Qualifies prospects by assessing financial data to determine credit merits.
• Prepares loan approvals and negotiates terms with borrowers and credit committees.
