Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of related commercial banking, finance, accounting or similar experience.
• Novice knowledge of financial and risk analysis.
• Novice knowledge of US economy and regulations.
• Novice sales and business development acumen.
• Experience with commercial lending credit policies and guidelines is preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of banking systems (B2B, CCAS, AFS, RIMS, CHQ, Loan Doc Prep) preferred, but not required.
• Local/Regional market dynamics understanding is preferred, but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience in face-to-face negotiations and group presentations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Relationship Managers in sales and servicing, performing analytical tasks as needed.
• Assist in identifying and qualifying prospects with RM or RM Team Leads.
• Conduct industry research.
• Create and maintain prospect profiles and CRM updates.
• Create client presentations.
• Identify client solutions with Relationship Managers.
• Maintain and input prospect KYC due diligence information.
• Conduct initial pricing analysis and generate relationship pricing model.
• Draft initial deal screens and memos.
• Attend client presentations at RM request.
