Qualifications

• Experience building and managing a portfolio of commercial clients.
• Ability to assess client needs and deliver tailored banking solutions.
• Strong credit knowledge and structuring of complex credit and banking products.
• Collaborate with Credit, Treasury Management and specialty banking teams.
• Proven ability to meet sales and client retention targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value clients by deepening relationships and acquiring new ones.
• Serve as a trusted financial advisor by understanding each client’s financial situation, goals, and needs.
• Recommend and deliver customized solutions, including credit, deposits, and other products, partnering with internal specialists.
• Lead client conversations with advanced credit knowledge and structure complex credit and banking solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver an integrated client experience.
• Work with relationship team on loan structure, pricing, underwriting and closing documentation.
• Drive growth through deposits, loans, and fee income and meet sales and retention goals.
• Maintain a strong community presence to generate referrals and build new client relationships.
• Stay informed on economic, legal, and market trends impacting clients.
• Monitor and manage client portfolios for changes in financial status, product needs, and risk exposure.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, completing required training.
• Act as a peer mentor and culture champion, modeling team-based collaboration and First Horizon values.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
