Qualifications

• 5+ years of financial services experience (required).
• 1+ years commercial credit training/experience (preferred).
• Experience balancing business development with asset quality (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Trusted Advisor and Business Partner to clients, and primary contact for client matters.
• Drive growth by understanding client business/industry and qualifying opportunities.
• Lead credit processes, underwriting, and portfolio management to protect asset quality.
• Educate clients on Key’s capabilities in cash management, derivatives, and equipment finance.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities with Product Specialists to structure credit and non-credit solutions.
• Maintain prospecting efforts and develop COI referral networks.
• Ensure compliance with policies and ethical standards; support risk management.
