You will collaborate with bankers and product partners to deliver comprehensive cash management, credit, and advisory solutions, while driving profitability and maintaining asset quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; minimum requirement.
• 7+ years of financial services experience with commercial clients; credit training value.
• Proven track record of achieving performance targets in relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Trusted Financial Advisor and Commercial Banking lead for clients.
• Drive growth through focused business development and COI referral network.
• Lead credit processes, underwriting, and risk assessment; coordinate cross-functional teams.
