Responsibilities

• Serve as the Trusted Financial Advisor and primary contact for commercial clients.
• Drive growth through focused business development and COI networks.
• Collaborate with Credit Officers to sponsor credit decisions.
• Lead credit processes and asset quality, including underwriting and portfolio management.
• Mentor junior Relationship Managers and lead strategic client reviews.
