Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of financial services experience (required).
• 1+ years of commercial credit training/experience (preferred).
• Experience in relationship management with balance between business development and asset quality (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for commercial clients and trusted advisor.
• Drive growth and development by understanding client business and industry.
• Lead credit processes including underwriting, structuring, and portfolio management.
• Educate clients on Key's capabilities in cash management, derivatives, and lending products.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and coordinate with product partners.
