Job summary

Boutique Recruiting is seeking an experienced Property Manager in Mesa, AZ to oversee lease administration, CAM reconciliations, tenant relations, and financial reporting for a substantial retail property portfolio. You will prepare and analyze leases, manage operating costs, and coordinate with accounting and maintenance teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

The ideal candidate has 5–10+ years of commercial property management, a real estate license, strong financial acumen, and proficiency

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of commercial property management experience, including lease administration, tenant relations, and CAM reconciliations
• Active real estate license required
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate accounting, operating expenses, financial reporting, and lease analysis
• Experience with MRI property management software preferred; Yardi experience with strong technical proficiency will also be considered
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, financial calculations, and reporting
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered, particularly for candidates with 10+ years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and analyze commercial leases, contracts, and related documentation with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
• Manage CAM reconciliations, review operating expenses, and ensure accurate financial calculations and reporting
• Generate job cost reports, prepare estimates, and analyze property-related financial information
• Coordinate lease negotiations, discuss pricing, and communicate lease terms with tenants and internal stakeholders
• Serve as a primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, concerns, and lease-related matters while maintaining strong professional relationships
• Collaborate with accounting, billing, and property maintenance teams to support efficient property operations
• Maintain accurate property records, manage administrative documentation, and independently prioritize deadlines and responsibilities
