Capital Asset Management LLC in Phoenix seeks an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of retail and industrial assets, driving strong tenant relations, property operations, and financial performance.

You will lead a leasing and operations team, supervise maintenance projects, negotiate vendor contracts, monitor budgets, and prepare monthly financial and operational reports to optimize asset value and efficiency across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in commercial property management.
• Arizona Real Estate License required.
• 2+ years in commercial property management; CPM/ACoM/RPA a plus.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient with property management software; Yardi preferred.
• Experience with financial reporting and budgeting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, delegate, and maintain professionalism.

Responsabilités

• Oversee portfolio of retail and industrial assets with a focus on tenant relations.
• Manage tenant requests and work order processes; ensure timely responses.
• Conduct regular property inspections and implement improvements.
• Supervise vendor contracts and bidding processes for performance and pricing.
• Prepare, review, and submit monthly financial and operational reports.
• Prepare and manage annual property budgets; CAM reconciliations as needed.
• Collaborate with leasing, accounting, and property staff to maximize asset value.
