Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Property Manager (CRE) in Providence, RI to oversee lease administration, budgeting, and tenant relations for a portfolio of properties. You will lead leasing coordination, supervise property staff, and ensure compliance with client agreements and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline preferred.
• 3+ years of real estate property management experience.
• CPM, RPA, or CSM designation or in process; real estate license.
• Strong knowledge of finance and building operations.
• Ability to analyze, prioritize, and delegate.
• Experience negotiating commercial lease/contract language.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all lease administration duties.
• Monitor collections and coordinate default proceedings.
• Ensure compliance with policies, codes, regulations and directives.
• Provide leadership to property staff, including hiring and performance management.
• Develop annual inspections and complete required property inspections.
• Develop operating and capital budgets; oversee CAM reconciliations.
• Bid, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts.
• Abstract all property leases in lease administration software.
• Coordinate with owners and accounting to ensure timely reporting.
• Oversee tenant and building construction work and reporting.
• Participate in leasing and client meetings; align goals across teams.
• Foster positive relationships with tenants and clients.
