Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Property Manager to lead the Property Management staff and oversee a significant portfolio. This role serves as the primary liaison with third-party relationships, ensuring performance and client satisfaction across properties.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of real estate property management, CPM/RPA/CSM designations or in process, a real estate license, and strong finance and building operations knowledge.

Competenze

• 3+ years of real estate property management or related experience.
• CPM, RPA, or CSM designation or in process.
• Possess real estate license.
• Strong knowledge of finance and building operations.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

• Manage Property Management staff and oversee a significant portfolio.
• Oversee lease administration duties and ensure accurate abstractions.
• Monitor collections and coordinate default proceedings.
• Develop operating and capital budgets and CAM reconciliations.
• Bid and manage vendor contracts in line with client requirements.
