Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Property Manager (CRE) in Boston to lead the Property Management staff and oversee a substantial portfolio. The role serves as the primary liaison for third-party relationships and drives strategic property management initiatives.

Responsibilities include directing budgeting, invoicing, cash flow, reporting, and ensuring compliance with all contracts and regulations. A CPM/RPA/CSM designation and a real estate license are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of real estate property management or related experience
• CPM, RPA, or CSM designation beneficial
• Experience managing teams and vendor relationships

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate, and exercise functional responsibility for property management
• Provide leadership to Property Management staff and set career paths
• Oversee budgeting, invoicing, and cash flow in coordination with the Property Manager
• Monitor contract compliance and reporting with third-party owners
• Oversee tenant relations, inspections, and oversight of construction projects
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, codes, and regulations
