Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Property Manager (CRE) to manage properties for clients, overseeing lease administration, budgets, and vendor contracts. The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and effective communication with tenants, owners, and internal teams.

The position involves coordinating inspections, CAM reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory directives. Travel between properties is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline preferred.
• 3+ years of real estate property management or related experience.
• CPM, RPA, or CSM designation or in process.
• Possess real estate license.
• Strong knowledge of finance and building operations.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage all lease administration duties.
• Monitor collections and coordinate default proceedings.
• Ensure compliance with PM policies, codes, regulations, and directives.
• Provide leadership to property staff, including hiring and performance management.
• Develop annual inspection processes and complete regular property inspections.
• Develop operating and capital budgets, track variances, CAM reconciliations.
• Bid, negotiate, and manage conformity with vendor contracts.
• Abstract all property leases in lease administration software.
• Coordinate with third-party owners and accounting for reporting.
• Oversee tenant and building construction work and interface with client teams.
• Foster positive relationships with tenants and clients.
