Job summary

Stream Realty Partners is seeking a Property Manager in Dallas to provide first-class management services for a portfolio of assets, coordinating day-to-day operations, budgeting, and client/vendor relations. You will collaborate with Construction, Leasing, Marketing, and Accounting teams to deliver superior service and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) and 3+ years of Commercial Property Management experience with supervisory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of Commercial Property Management experience with supervisory responsibility preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience interacting with clients, vendors, teammates, and management.
• Experience preparing annual budgets, ownership reports, and CAM reconciliations.
• Previous experience using real estate software (Yardi or MRI, Kardin, AvidXchange, IMPAK, or similar programs).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all property management-related activities, including day-to-day building operations, accounts payable/receivable, and client/tenant/vendor relations.
• Work with Construction, Leasing, Marketing, and Accounting Teams to ensure high-quality service.
• Prepare and adhere to operating and capital budgets and reconcilations; review invoices and GL.
• Review tenant leases and set up in the designated accounting system; assist in annual audits.
